You need employees who are ready to perform from day one. We train them for you.
Recruiting in Africa takes time. Training consumes resources. And graduates from traditional academic paths often miss what operations really need. Since 2010, Palladium Africa Academy solves this equation: recruit, train to your job standards, and supply people who are operational from their very first day.

Our mission
Training for the real needs of Africa's labour market
The real problem
In most African companies, training is the first budget cut when margins tighten—and the first excuse when performance disappoints. The paradox has a simple explanation: available training rarely addresses the real issue. Too academic. Too disconnected from the field. Delivered by trainers who have never practised the job they teach.
Our answer
Palladium Africa Academy was founded in 2010 as AAIM, the African Academy of Innovation and Trades, because Media Contact needed to train its own customer advisors to international standards that the local training market could not offer. For 15 years we have trained the teams that run our clients' operations. More than 5,000 professionals trained over 15 years across the group's subsidiaries. This is not a side activity—it is our core business.
What sets us apart
The difference comes down to one sentence: our trainers practise the jobs they teach. Our customer‑relationship programmes are built with supervisors who have run BPO floors. Our digital training is delivered by teams that deploy technology solutions across Africa every day.
Three ways to accelerate your teams' performance
Palladium Africa Academy works at three distinct levels depending on your needs.
Recruit, train & deploy on interim
Since 2010, the Academy recruits, trains for target roles, and supplies people who are operational from day one. Academy-trained profiles work at Moov Benin and MTN Côte d'Ivoire; teams have been deployed at BOA Benin and Banque Atlantique on the recruit‑train‑deploy model.
- Recruitment against the profile defined with you.
- Training aligned to the real role—not a generic catalogue.
- Interim deployment with in‑mission performance follow‑up.
- Path to permanent hire possible, with a skills review at the end of the assignment.
Certifying professional training
Strengthen in‑house teams with tailored programmes: face‑to‑face in Cotonou, Abidjan or Douala, remote or blended. Topics cover management, finance, customer relations, marketing, sales, HR, projects and digital.
- Formats: face‑to‑face (Benin, Côte d'Ivoire, Cameroon), remote, blended.
- Content adapted to your business priorities and audiences.
- Individual follow‑up: progress reports sent to HR leadership.
- Qualiopi‑certified organisation.
Talent development & HR strategy
Anticipate critical skills before shortages: the Academy supports HR teams and executive committees on 12–36 month journeys. It draws on a group that has secured retention for thousands of people across nine African countries.
- Skills audit and prioritisation of critical gaps.
- Certifying career paths by level and role.
- Succession plans and high‑potential identification.
- HR metrics focused on performance and business impact.

What we
are building
Training Africa that performs—15 years of proof, not promises. What we are building for the next five years.
AI & future skills
Jobs in BPO, banking customer relations, telecoms and African retail are being reshaped by artificial intelligence. Companies that invest in training now open a competitive gap their rivals will struggle to close. Palladium Africa develops applied AI programmes with Palladium Tech—on African cases, with tools that work in African markets.
Certification & recognition
Our programmes are Qualiopi certified by the French Republic. A certificate only matters if recruiters trust it. Moov Benin, MTN Côte d'Ivoire, BOA Benin, Banque Atlantique work with us because people we train become operational fast.
Expansion & territorial impact
Cotonou, Abidjan, Douala. our face‑to‑face training centres already cover three of the most dynamic Francophone African markets. Our distance platform reaches teams in every country where we operate. The goal: to be the reference training organisation for pan‑African companies that want consistent pedagogy across every market.
